This luminaire has been specially designed for wine and champagne cellar lighting.
Its light spectrum is concentrated around 600 nm, which gives it an amber color rendering and allows to remove the Ultra-violet (UV) and infrared (IR). Bottles, especially those of white wine and rosé, which are very sensitive to light, then benefit from optimal preservation without the risk of “light taste” caused by UV and IR.
This AND 5029 LED Cave fixture meets the needs of Champagne winemakers and houses to replace their sodium fixtures by 2020 (the expected date of the disappearance of sodium lamps). The use of an LED product specially adapted to this sector, will allow them to save energy while retaining the aromas of wine or champagne.
This luminaire has been certified by the CIVC and therefore meets the requirements of the protocol for the qualification of amber fixtures for the storage of champagne committee bottles.
